BREAKING NEWS: Our journey for the May Days of Action kicked off thanks to the Luxembourg Activist Cycle Ride! As they zipped through the bustling streets of Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district, they set the tone for our mission loud and clear: it’s time to shake things up and prioritise people over profit! Pedalling past government ministries and financial hotspots, we made sure our voices echoed, demanding robust nature laws and regulations for banks and financial institutions. At their pit stops, they connected with finance workers, sharing flyers and packets of wildflower seeds. Greenpeace Luxembourg campaigner, Martina Holback, dived deep into discussions with the Ministry of Environment’s adviser, passionately advocating for the urgent actions needed to secure our planet’s future. #DefundNatureDestruction #Sustainability #Nature #Banking

Finally! 🐳 After years of campaigning for transparent fisheries management by Greenpeace Africa, fishing communities in Senegal celebrated a huge win. The Senegalese government made the decision to publish the list of vessels authorised to fish in the country's national waters. It is a step towards transparency, sustainability and ocean justice. Fishing communities in Senegal have worked tirelessly for this milestone. It deserves to be celebrated. 💥 Click to support Senegal's call for ocean justice: https://lnkd.in/dDqS_SeK #ocean #oceanlife #fisheries #senegal #justice
